Postal Information

We use Royal Mail as our mail delivery service. 

**No profit is made from the postage element of our charges, we charge less than what we pay for stamps**

 

To ensure same day posting of your handwritten card, your order and payment should arrive by 2pm Monday - Friday.

 

Orders received after 2pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

 

Please note, during busy periods we cannot guarantee same day posting, but we will ensure your cards are posted the next working day after ordering.

 

Currently our postal charges are;

 

From Monday 25/11/24 our postal charges increased due to the increasing stamp prices over the last few years.  The new postal charges will be;

 

1st Class UK postage - £1.35 - allow 1-2 working days for delivery

2nd Class UK postage - £0.65 - allow 2-3 working days for delivery

Europe - £2.50 - allow 3-5 working days for delivery

Rest of World - £2.50 - allow 5-7 working days for delivery
